Our services

• Digital marketing: Google Business Profile optimization, website development, social media management and ads account setup and management.

The exact scope, timeline and fee for each service are confirmed with you in writing, for example by message or email, before work begins.

No guarantees on outcomes

We give honest advice, but decisions on admissions, scholarships and visas are made by universities and government authorities, and we cannot guarantee any result. In the same way, we cannot guarantee a particular search ranking, number of followers, enquiries or sales from marketing work, because these depend on many factors outside our control. Information on this site about countries, intakes, work options and costs is general and can change, so please confirm current requirements with the official source.

Prices and payment

• Prices shown on the site are in Indian rupees and match our current offer. Offers run for a limited time and can end without notice. GST and other taxes are charged where applicable.
• Advertising spend on Google, Meta or other platforms is paid directly by you to the platform and is not part of our fee.
• Fees paid to universities, test bodies, embassies and visa centres are separate from our fees.
• Payment terms are agreed before work starts. Work may begin only after the agreed advance is received.

Refunds and cancellation

Refund and cancellation terms are agreed with you for each service at the time you confirm it. Fees for work already completed are not refundable. If you have a concern about a payment, contact us and we will try to resolve it fairly.

What we need from you

You agree to give us accurate and complete information and documents. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete or false information. For marketing work, you confirm that you have the right to use the logos, images, text and accounts you give us.

Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, logo and illustrations belong to MN Consultants and may not be copied or reused without permission. For website and design work we deliver for you, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you once full payment is received, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Use of this website

Do not misuse the site, try to break its security, send spam through the enquiry form, or use it for anything unlawful.

Limits of liability

To the extent allowed by law, MN Consultants is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Hanamkonda and Warangal, Telangana.
